General Terms

Eligibility

Programs and services are available to individuals and organizations that meet the eligibility criteria described herein. Participants must be legal adults and must have authority to engage in their organization's participation where corporate sign-off is required. Enrollment may be restricted for regulatory, safety or logistical reasons described in program descriptions.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.

Services must be used lawfully and in a manner consistent with these terms; misuse that harms others or violates laws is prohibited.

Some programs may be limited to participants located in specific jurisdictions; AuraMDrive will indicate any such limits in the program description.

Account and Access

To access certain materials and services participants may need a user account. Account access enables course progress tracking, submission of exercises and interaction with facilitators and peers.

Participants are responsible for keeping account information accurate and up to date. Misrepresentations that affect program delivery or billing may result in suspension of access.

Keep your login credentials confidential. AuraMDrive implements standard security measures, but participants must adopt best practices for password protection to avoid unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless AuraMDrive approves a formal corporate transfer for organizational subscriptions.

AuraMDrive may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, breaches of terms or non-payment. Participants will be notified with reasons and remediation steps where possible.

Participant Content

Participants may submit assignments, reflections, case study adaptations and other content as part of program activities.

Participants retain ownership of original content they create but grant AuraMDrive a license to use contributions for program delivery, anonymized case examples and quality improvement.

By submitting content participants grant AuraMDrive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display the content for educational and promotional purposes, subject to anonymization where requested.

Participants are responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted content and must not upload material infringing third-party rights or violating privacy laws.

AuraMDrive may remove user content that breaches terms or applicable laws. Participants can request removal of their content; requests will be assessed in accordance with operational needs and legal obligations.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, frameworks, recordings and activity provided by AuraMDrive are the intellectual property of AuraMDrive or its licensors. Participants may use materials for personal learning and internal application but must not redistribute or commercialize them without permission.

• Do not reproduce course materials beyond internal team use without written permission.
• Do not claim AuraMDrive methods as your own in commercial offerings.
• Respect third-party copyrights and licenses included with learning resources.

Disclaimer

Program materials and coaching are provided for educational and developmental purposes. Examples and case scenarios illustrate potential approaches based on past work with leaders; they do not constitute legal, medical or business advice. Participants should apply judgment when implementing techniques in their organizations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraMDrive's liability for direct damages arising out of or related to the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific program. AuraMDrive is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the materials or decisions made based on program content.

Third-Party Services

Programs may incorporate third-party tools, platforms or content. AuraMDrive is not responsible for the policies or performance of third-party providers and participants agree to the third-party terms where applicable.

Termination

AuraMDrive or the participant may terminate participation in accordance with the termination provisions in the program agreement. Termination may occur for breach of these terms or for other material reasons.

On termination, participants lose access to course platforms and materials unless retention is explicitly agreed. Outstanding fees remain payable and any confidential information must continue to be protected.

Privacy

AuraMDrive collects and processes personal information necessary to deliver programs, manage accounts and improve services. Personal data handling practices are described in the AuraMDrive privacy policy available at AuraMDrive.digital/privacy. We use data to administer cohorts, connect participants with facilitators for coaching and to analyze outcomes while applying reasonable security controls.

Communications

By enrolling participants consent to receive program-related communications, schedules, reminders and follow-up material by email or phone. Marketing communications will only be sent with consent and may be opted out at any time.

Changes to Terms

AuraMDrive may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active participants with reasonable notice; continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, parties may seek resolution through arbitration or courts as agreed in the program contract.

Dispute Resolution

AuraMDrive aims to resolve disputes amicably. Participants should raise concerns with [email protected]. If unresolved, parties may proceed to mediation or binding arbitration as specified in their agreement.
